Painting

  • Painting is done using 100% water-based materials without harmful substances, as confirmed by safety data sheets from paint and varnish manufacturers, as well as waste sludge control certified by accredited laboratories
  • The painting process takes place in two cabins with a water curtain and an automatic flow-through paint booth.

Final Lacquering

Packaging

  • Automated packaging process using stretch film, with the option to package in cardboard boxes upon customer request
